As one astute C-SPAN user observed – Joe Biden Quotes the “Palms”:

This would be humorous if it weren’t so emblematic of the tragic state of American affairs; unhinged, disconnected, stupefied… The advanced stage of totalitarian propaganda and the ‘end of truth’,¹²³ the increasingly fascist overreach and progressively creeping encroachment of the Market State⁴ ⇨ Market-Security State⁵ ⇨ Market-‘Biosecurity’ (Bioterrorism) State⁶⁷ Octopus…^891011121314

This metastasizing tumor should have us all extremely alarmed. Instead, we’ve been desensitized, numbed to the encroachment, which has been ‘hypernormalized,’¹⁵ to the point that many even embrace the interlopers, in true Stockholm syndrome fashion. All of which, brings us to the present mile post^{1617181920212223} on this Road to [absolute] Serfdom.²⁴ Herein lies the rub; as Hayek, Solzhenitsyn, and countless others have warned; the people get what the people deserve. Even the American Founding Fathers knew this maxim, and warned us:

Sell not virtue to purchase wealth, nor Liberty to purchase power.

Bioterrorism is the newest latest ‘invisible boogeyman,’ where the same old Machiavellian ‘offensive’ and ‘defensive’ forces are indistinguishable, and arguably even functionally synonymous. To the unwashed masses, that undoubtedly sounds hyperbolic to the point of absurdity. But, for those who think so, consider the following excerpt:²⁸

FELIX stands for Finding Engineering-Linked Indicators, and it’s run by IARPA, the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity. IARPA does high-risk research and develops next-next-gen technology under the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. In 2018, FELIX began funding six external teams to develop tools that can detect the fingerprints of bioengineering. These genetic signs are clear indications that someone messed around with an organism’s genome.

Within a genome, the fingerprints of engineering can take a few forms, according to FELIX program manager David Markowitz, PhD. … There’s no totally comprehensive list of “engineering sequences” like the ones Plant describes, but services like Addgene, which provide the molecular tools to manipulate DNA in the lab, host big databases.

FELIX’s tools could determine whether someone has stolen biological IP from someone else — like if a custom yeast strain from one company appeared in a competitor’s lab — and investigate the naturalness of new germs. In SARS-CoV-2, an RNA virus, FELIX got its first big real-world test.

“FELIX [teams] spent 18 months developing the first working prototypes of their engineering detection platforms,” says Markowitz. “They were poised to work on SARS-CoV-2 when this biosecurity threat first emerged.”

And so in January, a team from the MIT-Broad Foundry deployed its FELIX tools to “test the veracity of online stories claiming that SARS-CoV-2 was engineered in a laboratory,” according to IARPA’s website. Though the results of that test aren’t fully public, a pop-up on the page says that the system compared the virus’s genome to 58 million known genetic sequences — including “genomes from closely and distantly related viruses.” In 10 minutes, the tool determined that the virus’s makeup matched those of naturally occurring coronaviruses better than any other organisms: “This analysis indicates that no sequences from foreign species have been engineered into SARS-CoV-2,” IARPA wrote.

…While FELIX’s stated aim is to increase biosecurity, its technology is necessarily dual-use: offense, too, not just defense. If you know how to detect bioengineering, you theoretically understand how to hide your own. In that way, FELIX could be seen as a passive flex on the international community, broadcasting offensive ability without violating bioweapons-related conventions. IARPA did not respond to questions about dual use in time for publication. [emphasis added]

Considering the aforementioned citation, how ironic then that IARPA has declared FELIX has determined “…no sequences from foreign species have been engineered into SARS-CoV-2,” with the major caveat being, “This analysis indicates…” And this troubling gap which leaves lingering doubt only grows with that last paragraph cited, namely “If you know how to detect bioengineering, you theoretically understand how to hide your own.”

It becomes all the more disturbing when a Nobel Laureate like Luc Montagnier echoes the findings of a team of Indian researchers (pressured to retract their findings) who concluded that SARS-CoV-2 is a naturally occurring coronavirus with an AIDS-laced mutagen spliced into it.²⁹ Even Snopes wasn’t able to ‘unsay’ Montagnier’s statment.³⁰ Others like Dr. Leonard Horowitz have drawn similar conclusions.³¹³²

This new biosecurity / bioterrorism ‘threat matrix’ also advances the transhumanist ⇨ posthumanist agenda of incorporating the ‘kinder, gentler eugenics of genetic engineering’³³… The top National Security Posts³⁴ of the incoming Biden Administration already include members of the fearmongering bioterrorism cartel, like; Event 201 “player”, Avril Haines, and skull & bonesman, climate alarmist hypocrite, and ever-un-American traitor, John Kerry.^{35363738394041424344454647484950515253}

The real ‘invisible boogeyman’ has always been the devil, who is in every detail of all these efforts to simultaneously ratchet up both ‘sides’ of the ‘national security apparatus,’ in good P2OG⁵⁴ meets R2P⁵⁵⁵⁶ fashion.

Back to Biden. So, what does all this seemingly aimless mental meandering mean? The point here is that the incoming Biden Administration is staged to ratchet the so-called ‘Biosecurity’ apparatus into the stratosphere, at the expense of every American, in terms of literal cost, physical health, safety, and well-being, to the extent that we all become ‘genetically engineered’ lab rats… all with ne’ery a whimper, save hearty approval, from Creepy Sleepy Joe…

Lastly, for what it’s worth: Biden’s latest gaffe just serves to validate and confirm what Lee Smith said back in May, 2020:

Joe Biden, as even democratic voters know, no longer exists. There is no such thing as ‘Joe Biden’. He is an avatar… So, who is it? It’s Barack Obama. That gives us some clarity on what’s been going on here the last three years…
