Killing the Body of Christ

The esoteric symbolism should not be lost, in fact it should be self-evident to all: giant metastasizing soulless corporations are killing Corpus Christi – and America.

From Wikipedia:1

The city’s name means body of Christ in Ecclesiastical Latin, in reference to the Christian sacrament of Holy Communion.

In The Mythology Of American Democracy, Carroll Quigley perhaps best articulated the concerns regarding corporations:2

So money is one of the great threats to democracy. A second threat is what Roman law called persona ficta, fictitious persons—corporations, labor unions, and similar organizations which have the legal status of persons in the sense that they can buy and sell property, they can sue and be sued in the courts, they are generally anonymous, they are certainly irresponsible, and they are increasingly powerful. The 15th amendment and various court rulings have given corporations all the rights of living persons. This is dangerous because they already have certain rights that real persons don’t have, principally immortality. That’s the saving grace about even the worst scoundrel: someday he will die, and maybe we can wait that long. We felt that way about, Hitler, and Stalin. Maybe Mao is different; we’ll see. But a corporation never dies. It has the first quality of divinity, as the ancient Greeks defined it. They called their gods the immortals, because the only quality they had that set them apart from men was that they never died.

Ronald Muller expressed a similarly unAmerican sentiment:3

The Power of Central Planning

A global corporation is, as one Senator put it about two years ago, much akin to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. That is, it is a largely self-contained economic system in which the principal activities are controlled by central planning. … We’ve always been told that if a corporation maximizes its profits, this will benefit the whole nation. When a corporation becomes global, however, this is no longer necessarily true, either for its home nation or for the host nations in which it operates.

And let us not forget the related recent perfectly staged Bernays-ian photo op allegedly of an IDF soldier attacking Jesus in effigy on a toppled, inverted crucifix.

From the Daily Express US article,4 lest we wonder:

After hours of speculation regarding whether the photo, originally shared by Palestinian journalist Younis Tirawi, was made by AI or not, the official Israeli Defense Force X account confirmed the photo was real.

Outrage spread like wildfire at the “disgusting” photo across the political spectrum. Ex-MAGA loyalist and former Republican congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene posted sarcastically, “‘Our greatest ally’ that takes billions of our tax dollars and weapons every year,” beneath the image.

Reporter Ryan Grim wrote on X, “This image was posted by an Israeli soldier in southern Lebanon. Israeli soldiers have been posting images of their war crimes and cultural desecration for two and a half years straight without interruption.”

So, a ‘Palestinian journalist’ manages to capture / share a perfectly timed photo – confirmed as legit by the IDF – of an IDF soldier at exactly the right / wrong moment…? Considering all that’s happening right now, and knowing this would surely provoke further outrage – perhaps recalling By Way of Deception5 – one must wonder, even rhetorically; why?

With all that in mind, hats off to the More Perfect Union team for their excellent work on this mini-documentary. Wake up, America!
